Dunelm Geotechnical had accumulated a suite of PowerApps solutions which were used for a variety of key business processes. To ensure these applications continued to deliver for the organisation, Dunelm engaged Flyte to provide a package of bespoke Power Platform Support, mitigating the risk of these processes failing.

Flyte undertook an initial review of all PowerApps applications, understanding their purpose; who used them and when; and identifying any vulnerabilities which should be rectified moving forward. The support package included regular check ins to create a feedback loop- discussing submitted tickets, any updates and additional development needs.
The Result
Flyte are developing a new Learning Management System for Dunelm alongside an Asset Management solution
In addition to the support of the Dunelm PowerApp suite, Flyte are in the process of developing a new Learning Management System for Dunelm alongside an Asset Management solution. Both solutions will utilise SharePoint and the Power Platform, ensuring all systems are leveraging Dunelm’s investment in Microsoft 365.
