Business Challenge

McLay, McAlister & McGibbon were relying on an outdated website that was not suitably meeting their needs. The website had been built using code that prevented the team from making any updates without reverting back to the original website builder. This made carrying out necessary updates to the website a time-consuming and complicated process.

Our Solution

Cloud Cover IT solved this by creating a new company website with a modern interface, built using Squarespace. Crucially, the website was built with future edits in mind. This allows the McLay, McAlister & McGibbon team to quickly and easily make changes and add new features, enabling them to keep their clients up to date with the latest company and industry news.

Results

  • A modern, responsive and user-friendly website that showcases the firm and the value that they can provide to clients

  • The ability to quickly and easily make website updates

  • Overwhelmingly positive feedback from users

From our initial meeting with Steven and Tristen, the website has been built with our vision of what we wanted our website to do and how we wanted it to look, with Steven and his team managing to steer us through what would work, and what wouldn’t, from a design experience. Also, Dan and Alasdair were very patient and accommodating with our own workload, due to pre-existing commitments to our own clients, meaning that the original timelines had to be altered.
