Business Challenge
Rural Projects were relying on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that was not functioning to the required level, and was not properly integrated with their e-commerce system. The loose integration between the two systems meant the team had to manually update both systems, resulting in a time-consuming, repetitive data entry process.
Our Solution
Cloud Cover IT began by moving Rural Projects existing CRM system over to Microsoft Power Apps. Once this was completed successfully, the team then carried out the second part of the project, transferring their trade stand booking platform to Microsoft Power Pages, resulting in a fully integrated system. This removes the possibility of any synchronisation errors, and saves time as the process from collecting orders to invoicing orders is now automated.
Results
-
An improved mechanism for customers to order trade stand space and services for events
-
The team can now manage the whole process from one integrated system
-
Improved efficiency and productivity
The experience has been extremely positive. The Cloud Cover team have been entirely solution focused. For every problem or barrier that has arisen, the immediate response has been to find a solution. We have found this approach and attitude incredibly refreshing and this is why I am very pleased to endorse CCIT and Stephen, who has implemented the project. The experience has been extremely positive.
