WGM Engineering needed a time recording solution for employees that delivered against commercial and payroll needs.
With much of the work force being mobile engineers at various locations and working on a wide variety of jobs, it was imperative managers and directors understood how engineer’s time was being spent to effectively manage client expectations as well as needs of the engineers.
Additional applications were required for Service Centre and Office staff to support day-to-day operations.
