Flyte delivered a bespoke, secure timesheet management platform that streamlined the submission, approval, and administration of employee timesheets across the business.
Employees can submit weekly timesheets through an intuitive web portal, recording hours worked against specific contract numbers and submitting them through an automated approval workflow. Standard submissions are routed directly to line managers, while overtime requests are automatically escalated for additional approval.
Managers benefit from a dedicated approval portal where they can review, amend, and approve timesheets submitted by their teams, while administrators can track approval status and export approved timesheet data for payroll and reporting purposes.
Built on Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Entra External ID, the solution provides secure authentication, role-based access, automated email notifications, and mobile-friendly access for office-based and on-site workers alike.
