Microsoft Data & AI Consultancy

Your data has more potential than your current tools are unlocking. Flyte helps you build Power BI dashboards, Azure pipelines, and Copilot agents that turn information into confident decisions.

Turn Your Data into a Competitive Advantage

Many organisations find that their data isn’t working as hard as it could — spread across spreadsheets, disconnected systems, or dashboards that don’t quite reflect reality. At Flyte, we help you change that. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we work with businesses across the UK to design, build, and scale Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable results: faster decisions, automated workflows, and real-time insight your leadership can rely on.

Whether you’re starting your data journey or scaling an existing platform, our end-to-end Microsoft Data & AI consulting services give you the expertise, tools, and support to make progress with confidence.

Common Questions About Our Data & AI Services

What size of business does Flyte work with?
We work with UK & US businesses of all sizes from fast-growing SMEs to large enterprise organisations. Whether you have an in-house data team or are starting from scratch, we tailor our engagement to your context.
Do you work with organisations already using Microsoft 365?
Yes — most of our clients are already in the Microsoft ecosystem. We build on what you already have, integrating with your existing Microsoft 365 environment and extending its value through Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.
Do we need a data strategy before implementing AI or Power BI?

Not necessarily – but it helps. Many of our clients begin with a specific deliverable (a Power BI dashboard, a data migration) and then work backwards to formalise strategy. We can start wherever makes sense for your organisation and build governance around your progress.

How long does a typical cloud data migration take?

It depends on the complexity of your source environment, data volumes, and target architecture. A focused SQL Server-to-Azure migration for a mid-size organisation typically takes 8–16 weeks. A full enterprise data warehouse migration can take 6–12 months. We provide a detailed scoping estimate after an initial discovery session.

What's the difference between Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI?

Microsoft Copilot is a suite of AI assistants embedded across Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Azure OpenAI is the platform for building custom generative AI applications trained on your own data. Many of our clients use both: Copilot for productivity, and Azure OpenAI for bespoke business applications.

Can you work with our existing IT team or Microsoft partner?

Absolutely. We regularly operate as an extension of internal IT teams and alongside other Microsoft partners. We’re flexible in how we engage – as a prime contractor, a specialist subcontractor, or a technical advisory resource depending on your needs.

How do you ensure data security and GDPR compliance?

Security and compliance are built into every engagement, not bolted on afterwards. We implement data governance using Microsoft Purview, enforce role-based access controls, apply data classification policies, and document all data flows for GDPR accountability. All our engagements operate within ISO 27001-aligned security practices.
