Business Challenge
Alpha Generation (AlphaGen) initially engaged Flyte to deliver a solution that optimised its Incident Reporting programme. As a business which was growing, the existing process had become outdated and difficult to manage.

With Microsoft 365 already embedded across AlphaGen, Flyte leveraged this investment by utilising the Power Platform and integrating the new incident reporting solution into the existing SharePoint hub-and-spoke architecture. The resulting solution combined SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Outlook to provide a seamless end-to-end process, enabling users to submit, review, escalate, and resolve incident reports across the organisation’s portfolio.

Following the successful implementation, the relationship evolved into a long-term partnership, with Flyte developing and supporting a range of solutions across the organisation. As AlphaGen has continued to grow, onboarding more users, these tools have played a key role in strengthening processes, providing enhanced visibility, and ensuring robust auditability across the business.
In addition to these applications, Flyte have also delivered Power BI dashboards for key business metrics and delivered SharePoint support and consultancy to enable AlphaGen to realise the full potential of their Microsoft estate.
