Business Challenge
Alpha Generation (AlphaGen) engaged us to help streamline their Incident Reporting program. The organisation had been through a period of growth and, with more users feeding into the system, the existing process had been put under pressure and was no longer fit for purpose.

Having invested in M365, we wanted to leverage this investment by utilising the Power Platform and link the Incident Reporting solution into established SharePoint hub and spoke sites. A combination of SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and Outlook were utilised to deliver a solution which enabled users to submit, review, escalate and resolve Incident Reports submitted from across the Organisations portfolio.
The Result
Flyte have been contracted to develop a suite of applications to deliver business process across AlphaGen
Following the successful implementation of the new Incident Reporting solution within AlphaGen, Flyte have been contracted to develop a suite of applications to deliver business process across AlphaGen including Engineering, Health & Safety, Finance and Procurement departments.
In addition to these applications, Flyte have also delivered PowerBI dashboards for key business metrics and delivered SharePoint support and consultancy to enable AlphaGen to realise the full potential of their Microsoft estate.
