Flyte utilised MS Graph permissions through delegated user permissions set up on the Linnet Tenancy and leveraged the SimPro events and webhooks functionality to enable management of calender events for current staff via Outlook using stateless, serverless functions. These would build request queues and organise, update and modify job events as and when the SAAS product is manipulated.

This implementation provided the engineering staff the ability to quickly view current and upcoming jobs, review job packs and inventory requirements as well as offering the overview of where jobs may be better allocated for efficiency on engineers travel time.
