Quirky Chocolate engaged Flyte to optimise the process of fulfilling batch web orders. The existing process was slow and relied on a number of manual inputs which made it difficult to scale over time.
The Solution
Flyte developed a MacOs application using python that reads the batched incoming orders and carry out each of the manual steps automatically

The solution was to develop a MacOs application using python that reads the batched incoming orders and carry out each of the manual steps automatically.
The application will:
- Review all ordered products and determine the appropriate wrapper size for each.
- Find and merge the correct wrapper design and ingredient combination into a single PDF for each variation.
- Print the order number in the required location and include the quantity required to the name of the generated file.

Flyte delivered a streamlined solution improving the efficiency of the fulfilment process
With this solution in place, the number of manual steps in the order fulfilment process have been vastly reduced, with only the print submission to be manually triggered, so the Quirky Chocolate team can redistribute this effort towards other key business processes.
