Utilising the Microsoft Power Platform, a PowerApp was developed to provide a solution to record and manage the Purchase Ledger process from Invoice receipt to Payment. Administrative teams can now quickly input documents into the system, with an audit trail captured of the multi-stage approval and conclusion of the process through role-based access and assignment.
